Where are you located?
Our brick and mortar shop is located in beautiful Uptown Saint John, at 94 Germain St. Online we are wherever you are!
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Canada Post for all our shipping.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We do! We currently offer shipping to US, the UK, Germany, Australia & Spain. If you live elsewhere, contact us and we can arrange shipping!
What is your return policy?
Our policy is exchange or store credit on regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. Sale items, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, and earrings are final sale.
If you order online and wish to do a return, the cost of shipping is your responsibility.
During the Holiday shopping season, regular priced items purchased from Nov 1st to Dec 24th are available for exchange or store credit up to Jan 15th.
Do you do special orders?
If you are looking for a size in an item that we are sold out of or are looking for something extra special that you don't see in the shop, we will do our best to bring that item in for you, if it's available. Special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Please contact us at pam@heartbreakboutique.com to discuss this further!
Do you have a privacy policy?
We never share your info with any third parties, you're info is safe with us!
