Refund policy

We get it, sometimes that item that looked perfect online doesn't work out like you'd hoped, no problem!  We want you to feel awesome about your Heartbreak purchases! You can return you item and we'll send you store credit to be used on the next gem!  Please read below for details and exceptions:

Store credit on regular priced items 
We offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your return to: 94 Germain St Saint John New Brunswick CA E2L 2E7 (also please email me at pam@heartbreakboutique.com and let me know a return is on it's way so I'm aware, your store credit will be issued as soon as return is received)

Return shipping is your responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your store credit it will have the shipping cost deducted.
